All drivers are ferrofluid cooled for greater power handling capacity. The diaphragms are a four layer Kapton design. Although it is more costly than conventional materials we use Kapton because of its structural uniformity and virtual immunity to thermal overloads.    More important than what we put into our woofers however is the quality of sound that comes out.
