Ship Foam How to ship your speakers to us: The best way to ship your speakers to NEWFOAM is in a well packed cardboard box. Place both woofers face to face with a cardboard spacer. Put several bolts or nylon ties through the screw holes and lock them together. Wrap the speakers in a plastic bag or bubble wrap. Tape the bagged speakers tightly together. Add industry standard styrofoam peanuts or paper to the box filling it completely. Position the speakers within the center of the box. Add sufficient packing material to insure a snug fit. You may use any of the commercially recognized carriers such as UPS/FedEx/DHL/RPS/USPS United States Postal Service. Be sure to e-mail or call us at 1-800-FOAM-MAIL (1-800-362-6624) so we can issue a tracking number for your package. Please write this tracking number prominently on the outside of the box. Please include a note with your name, address, day time phone number, model number, and a brief description of the problem.
