NEWFOAM Lite    Standard Kits include 2 foam surrounds, special adhesive, detailed instructions, and telephone or e-mail tech line support. The kit includes everything you need to repair both woofers except for a razor blade or hobby knife that you provide. NEWFOAM Pro    Deluxe Kits contain all of the above materials plus you receive calibration alignment shims and replacement dust caps. This is the professionals way to fix a speaker. It allows you to mechanically lock up the voice coil and cone so everything is precisely centered while the adhesive drys.    Have your speaker measurements ready when you call by phone. We will need two measurements (A & B) for the Standard Kit and a third (C) for the Deluxe Kit. You may use this diagram to fax the measurements to us. Overall Diameter A. Very outer edge to outer edge measurement dissecting the speaker in half. Very outer edge rim or screw hole to screw hole. Cone Diameter B. Inside the foam ring or outer cone diameter. Inside foam cone diameter measurement dissecting the cone in half with an imaginary line. Please let us know if the cone is paper, polypropylene, or Kevlar. Dust Cap Diameter C. Dust Cap Width - the small bubbled out dome in the center is the dust cap. We need the outer edge diameter measurement of the dust cap. With Deluxe kits you will receive replacement dust caps that are larger than the originals.
